CONDOMINIUM & COOPERATIVE LAW

The Real Estate Law Group's work in the area of condominium and cooperative law has included creating condominiums and cooperatives of all types and sizes, from residential and commercial condominiums, to limited equity cooperatives, and cond-ops (cooperatives within condominiums). In addition, we have represented condominium associations and cooperatives in reviewing and amending existing governing documents and addressing problems involving developers, abutters, contractors and other third parties.
