Sarah M. Waelchli works with families and individuals in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She works with clients to develop and implement sophisticated plans that are uniquely tailored to their personal and financial goals.

Sarah maintains a broad-based practice that covers all aspects of estate and individual planning, including sophisticated wealth transfer strategies, multi-generational estate planning designs, and charitable giving techniques. She works with different generational levels of many families, helping to develop and implement strategies for all stages in life. Her practice covers varied issues ranging from family loans to long-term trusts for descendants to strategies to resolve trust matters.

Sarah’s clients include families and individuals throughout New England, including multi-generational family trusts. Her counsel includes:

  • Developing tax efficient wealth transfer strategies for families and individuals which minimize estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes
