Nathan McConarty's Comment on Business Law

“A large focus of my counsel is on owner-led businesses. These business owners are expert in their industries, but may look to our depth of experience with a merger or reorganization, succession planning, or other statutory or legal requirements. I know I’m meeting the needs of my clients when I listen to their unique ownership questions and family issues, and can apply my understanding of the law to counsel them in ways to achieve their long-term objectives.”
